Discover your child’s creative potential at MTC Art Studios! Our Art Interview & Skills Assessment is the first step in joining our programs. During this 45-minute in-person session, one of our Lead Instructors will meet your young artist, explore their interests, and evaluate their artistic skills in a relaxed, encouraging environment. You will also get the opportunity to ask more questions that you may have, as well as tour our studio space. Cost: $50 (includes all materials and a small admin fee) Availability: Monday–Saturday | Book at least 48 hours in advance You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your appointment details, directions, and a list of what to bring. Need to adjust your time? You can easily cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session with no extra charge. Cancellation Policy
At MTC Art Studios, we value your time and are committed to providing every family with a smooth and organized booking experience. Please review our policies before scheduling your Art Interview & Skills Assessment. Booking Policy Art Interviews must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. Appointments can be scheduled up to 30 days ahead. Each session lasts 45 minutes, with time between appointments to prepare for the next family. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policy carefully: Cancel or Reschedule Up to 24 Hours in Advance Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Full Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non‐refundable. Funds may be transferred to another MTC product or service, such as a new interview time. A $25 late transfer fee applies to all rescheduling within the 24‐hour window. No‐Call / No‐Show Policy Any no‐call, no‐show appointment will incur a $50 fee, equal to the full cost of the session. Waitlist Policy If all available interview times are full, you may join the waitlist directly through our booking page. Families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order received if a slot becomes available. Waitlisted families will have 12 hours to confirm the open slot before it is offered to the next person on the list.
